Entries are still being received for the Tangmere Aviation Art Exhibition which will be held in the Neville Duke Hall throughout the month of August. The exhibition, which will be formally opened by renowned aviation artist David Shepherd at noon on August 1st, already has over 40 original artworks promised and we anticipate further entries before the opening date. Almost all the pictures will be for sale and visitors paying the normal Museum entry price will be entitled to free entrance to the Exhibition.
The Tangmere Museum has 3 computer-controlled Flight Simulators for visitors to ‘fly’.
From 19 July 2021 until further notice, face coverings must be worn when using the flight simulators.
Talks by Tangmere
The Museum is able to offer speakers to interested groups or societies on a range of subjects connected with the history of operations at RAF Tangmere and other military aviation subjects.
