The Museum sees many famous visitors and during May we were pleased to welcome Bruce Welch, a member of Cliff Richard’s original backing group, The Shadows. Bruce, a keen aviation enthusiast and regular visitor to some of the UK’s major airshows was much impressed by the Museum’s collection and his complimentary comments in our Visitors Book were much appreciated. Though the Museum has two helicopters on display we had to admit we do not have an Apache!
The Tangmere Museum has 3 computer-controlled Flight Simulators for visitors to ‘fly’.
