New Sea Harrier Arrives

The Museum is delighted to welcome the prototype FRS2 Sea Harrier, ZA195, as a new exhibit on our outside display line. The arrival of this important aircraft on two large lorries on Thursday, February 21st was featured on local TV, radio and press. The arrival was filmed for the Chichester Observer and can be viewed by clicking here.

Over the next few days the reattachment of the wing, tail unit and various other body panels was completed and it was moved back into position next to the Museum’s Sea Vixen.

Talks by Tangmere

The Museum is pleased to be able to offer speakers to interested groups or societies on a range of subjects connected with the history of operations at RAF Tangmere and other military aviation subjects.

The presentations are usually given as an audio/visual presentation using the Museum's equipment. Our presentations can be tailored to suit audiences ranging from specialist societies to community based groups and range in length from 40 to 90 minutes depending on the subject matter.
