Museum To Open 6 Days A Week

June, 2021

The Museum’s Management Team is pleased to announce that from Sunday 4 July the Museum will operate 6 days a week on Sundays to Fridays inclusive (closed on Saturdays).

Until the Government relax the need for social distancing (expected from 19 July) the Museum will continue to operate under Covid Secure arrangements with a one-way system and face coverings to be worn but there is now no need to pre-book before visiting and reduced entry fees are being offered (£8 per adult and £3 per child).

Visitors also now have the benefit of an enlarged shop with an exciting new range of items and the new Cockpit Café for light refreshments.

Our all-volunteer staff look forward to greeting you back at the Museum on Sundays, particularly those ‘little pilots’ who have been unable to visit at weekends due to being at school during the week.
