The Museum’s research library, containing thousands of books on all aspects of aviation, is available to the Friends of the Museum. We have a particularly fine collection of military aviators’ autobiographies, one of the best in the country. Friends of the Museum may borrow books for up to three weeks at a time. Our librarian, Val Cuthbert, is available on Wednesday mornings to help with queries. Friends are welcome to visit the library at other times by arrangement with Val or with Reg Byron, the Museum’s Archivist. E-mail us for more information.
The Tangmere Museum has 3 computer-controlled Flight Simulators for visitors to ‘fly’.
