Children’s Booklet on Neville Duke

February, 2016

To complete the trilogy of booklets for children on famous fighter pilots who flew from RAF Tangmere, the Museum’s David Coxon and Pete Pitman have produced a new booklet on Neville Duke, the famous wartime fighter pilot and Hawker Chief Test Pilot who achieved the world airspeed record in 1953 and was the Museum’s Honorary President for 24 years until his death in 2007.

All three booklets are suitable for children in school year groups 4 to 6 and are on sale in the Museum shop, price £3.
