Tangmere Military Aviation Museum receives no on-going financial support from the government, lottery grants, or any external corporate sources. The Museum funding comes entirely from ticket sales, ‘Friends of the Museum’ memberships, merchandise sold in the Museum shop and bequests and donations made to the museum by those who believe in what we are trying to do.

In February 2016 we were faced with a £71,000 bill for completely replacing the electrical wiring and lighting in the Museum’s main buildings and later in the same year had to fund major repairs to the roof of our main aircraft ‘hangar’ at a cost of £64,000. This significant outlay came in addition to normal day-to-day expenditure and severely depleted our reserves. We would therefore welcome any donation you may care to make to ensure our future, no matter how large or small.
