This month our ‘new’ website becomes one year old. Since its launch the monthly hit rate has steadily grown from a rather lacklustre 800 in the first month to an impressive 9026 in January, with people logging in from 53 countries around the world.
So we must be doing something right. But could we be doing better? Are we covering the points of information that you want? Is it clear enough? What is missing? What is redundant? We’d love you to tell us.
