Classic Cars at Tangmere
Anyone visiting the Museum on Sunday October 7th and seeing the collection of exquisite motor cars attending that day could have been forgiven for thinking that the Museum staff were in a higher tax bracket than is the case! But sadly they were not ours. They were there because the Museum had the good fortune to host meetings of both the Rolls Royce Owners Club and the Invicta Sports Car Club on the same day. The sun shone down out of a cloudless sky and the car park was full of fascinating motor cars as our pictures show.
A total of 26 Rolls Royces and 10 Invictas were present on the day and the cars spanned the period from 1927 to date.
