Armistice Day Service

The Museum’s annual Armistice Day Service was held in the Memorial Garden on Wednesday, 11th November with some 40 volunteers and local guests in attendance.  The Rev Derek Humphrey of St Andrew’s Church, Tangmere, conducted the Service and Group Captain David Baron, the Museum’s Chairman, recited the Exhortation and Kohima Epitaph.

We were most grateful to the Worthing Silver Band for music and providing the Last Post and Reveille in support of the customary two minutes’ silence at 11 o’clock, and also the Standard bearers for their valued participation.
